It all started in 2009 when founder Marcus "Jet" Rivera opened a tiny 12-seat pizzeria on Flatbush Avenue with one stone oven, a handful of family recipes, and a dream to bring authentic, craft pizza to Brooklyn. Jet's pizza was born not from a corporate formula, but from a deeply personal passion for food made with love.

Today, jets pizza serves hundreds of Brooklyn families every day, staying true to those original recipes while innovating with seasonal ingredients and bold new flavors. The First Slice

2012

Brooklyn's Best Pizza Award

Jet's pizza wins "Best New Restaurant" at the Brooklyn Food Awards, putting our signature Detroit-style square slice on the map citywide.

2015

Full Kitchen Expansion
